Further Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
